A compilation of Cristiano Ronaldo 'coming up clutch' for Manchester United in the Champions League group stages has picked up millions of views after it was posted on Tuesday night.
It was another miserable evening for Erik ten Hag and his side, who are severely lacking in confidence following a poor start to the 2023/24 campaign.
Their opponents Galatasaray, meanwhile, came from behind twice to seal a first win on English soil in their 117-year history.

After goals from Wilfried Zaha, Muhammed Akturkoglu and Mauro Icardi secured all three points for the Turkish outfit, there were a number of major talking points on social media.
Former goalkeeper David de Gea, who left Old Trafford in the summer after United decided against renewing his contract, was trending after Andre Onana produced another disappointing performance.
And another ex-United player, Cristiano Ronaldo, was another big talking point, with the below video of his heroics under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the 2021/22 UCL group stages picking up thousands of shares.

The experienced forward scored in five of United’s six Champions League group games that season.
He memorably netted dramatic winners at home to Villarreal and Atalanta to almost single-handedly keep them in Europe's elite competition.
Twitter user @totalcristiano posted the compilation alongside a caption that read: "Cristiano Ronaldo for Manchester United the last time they were in UCL group stages. This video is incredible."
