Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes will miss his side's trip to Anfield next weekend.
The Portugal international picked up his fifth yellow card of the season during the Red Devils 4-0 home defeat to Bournemouth on Saturday, after arguing with referee Peter Bankes.
Fernandes has been a key component for Erik ten Hag so far this season, but will now play no part on Merseyside against the current table-toppers.

United had seemingly turned a corner after their early season woes, beating Chelsea 2-1 at Old Trafford in midweek thanks to a brace from Scott McTominay.
However, their good fortunes were short lived as they lost to the Cherries at the Theatre of Dreams earlier today, with Dominic Solanke, Philip Billing and Marcos Sensei all netting in the 3-0 defeat.
It is also worth noting the Red Devils face something of an uphill task to stay in the UEFA Champions League this week, with Bayern Munich arriving into town.

The German champions have already secured their safe passage to the next round, but Ten Hag's side know that results elsewhere must go there way to stand any chance of qualification.
After the full-time whistle on Saturday, Ten Hag made his feelings known on the defeat to Bournemouth.
"I am annoyed and disappointed,'' he began. "I expect something different. I hoped before the game to build on the performance and result from Chelsea. We put a lot of effort in return in the game but the movement in the box was not there.
"You have to be at your best in every game, starting with focus. When you start like we did, you get killed. They are good opponents but we have to do better.

''You need consistency, we can play a very good game against many opponents, we are able to do it but you have to do it every third day.
“Get it right and the demands are of a certain standard. We have to go to higher standards to deliver it every third day.''
