Fans online spotted what Andre Onana did during the first-half of Manchester United vs. Liverpool and they are in pure disbelief.
Liverpool opened the scoring at Old Trafford in the 23rd minute from a corner kick as Luis Diaz finished tidily after Darwin Nunez's header.
The visitors had other chances to double their lead, with Mohamed Salah unleashing a strike from the edge of the box, which was parried by Onana.

On commentary, Jamie Carragher bemoaned Onana's decision to not catch the ball as he conceded another corner.
Before the set-piece was taken, the Man United goalkeeper applied Vaseline on his gloves to the dismay of fans.
Onana putting Vaseline on his gloves did not go unnoticed among people on social media as they questioned the stopper's decision.

A second tweeted: "Hold on!? Why is Onana sticking Vaseline on his gloves? How does lubing your grip up help you catch the ball?"
A third added: "Anyone else notice Onana rubbing Vaseline on his gloves between corners? I’ve never seen that by a goalkeeper personally."
A fourth exclaimed: "HOLD ON. Why is Onana putting Vaseline on his gloves???????"

A fifth said: "Can anyone who plays or coaches explain to me why Onana just whacked loads of Vaseline on his gloves?"
Another commented: "Onana putting Vaseline on his gloves!? Surely that’s the absolute opposite you want your GK gloves to be doing."
But there's a good reason as to why goalkeepers put Vaseline on their gloves as they use it as a sealant to keep moisture out of the gloves.
