Phil Foden has sent a clear message to England manager Gareth Southgate about his preferred position for the Three Lions ahead of Euro 2024.
England head into this summer's tournament in Germany as favourites to win, with Southgate's squad packed full of world-class talent – particularly in attack.
Southgate faces the difficult task of working out his best formation, with the likes of Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden competing for similar areas in the starting line-up.

Foden has enjoyed his best individual season with City, scoring 27 goals and providing 11 assists in all competitions to help his side claim an unprecedented fourth consecutive Premier League title.
He could end the campaign with yet more silverware, with City taking on rivals Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
The Premier League Player of the Season looks certain to start for England at the Euros but there is still speculation over where he will play, amid suggestions he could be forced to play in a wider position to accommodate others such as Bellingham.

Former England international Gary Lineker says he would like to see Foden in the No 10 role at the Euros.
Speaking to William Hill, Lineker said: "Phil Foden will play, he's world-class. He has to start in that side, but it’s a question of where because we’re spoiled for number 10s in the squad. Having said that, he can play on either wing too. I’d be interested to see how and where he features for England.
"I'd like to see him play the number 10 role with Jude Bellingham in midfield. Whether Gareth Southgate goes with that, we’ll have to wait and see."
Foden has now confirmed his preferred position for the national side in an interview with BBC reporter Dan Roan.

"I've always said I like midfield, it's my best position. But I've shown that I can play in any position the manager puts me," said Foden.
"I've played off of wide left, wide right and still done a good job.
"No matter where the manager sees me playing, I'll be more than happy to do a job in that position. I'm capable of playing in many positions.

"It is something that I'm used to anyway."
Foden was named in England's provisional 33-man squad for the Euros earlier this month, with the final 26-man squad to be announced on June 8.
Before then, England face Iceland in a friendly on June 3 before taking on Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 7.
They will then face Serbia in their opening game of the Euros on June 16 before further group matches against Denmark (June 20) and Slovenia (June 25).
