Phil Foden levelled matters shortly after the break, before Julian Alvarez converted a penalty past Jordan Pickford after Amadou Onana was controversially penalised for handball.
Bernardo Silva wrapped up the points with a delicate finish following a mistake from Pickford.

City moved within five points of league leaders Liverpool with the win and got back to winning ways domestically after a disappointing run.
Guardiola was delighted with what was a huge win for City and he took part in a rather peculiar chat afterwards.

Guardiola was whisked in to give his thoughts on the game and sat next to former City and Arsenal left-back Clichy in the seats that Everton supporters had just been sat in.
In an entertaining chat, he said: “We were really good - that’s why we are the best team in the world. I’m sorry.
