Jack Grealish has shared his new ritual which he partakes in before bed every night.
The Manchester City and England winger is a man of routine and always orders the same £56 chinese takeaway from Wing's Restaurant after every game at the Etihad Stadium.
But although he's admitted he likes to let himself go from time to time, Grealish is a professional and does takes steps to look after his body.
He's suffered with muscle issues in recent times, causing him to be absent from proceedings for club and country.

But Grealish is back fit and firing again and revealed that he has a new daily ritual in the night time.
The former Aston Villa skipper took to Instagram to show fans that he goes in the sauna, with the temperature cranked up to 110 degrees celsius, for 10 minutes every night.
Afterwards, Grealish enjoys 10 minutes of fresh air in his garden.

He wrote: "Sauna so good every night before bed. And then fresh air for 10 minutes."
According to The Sun, Grealish and his partner Sasha Attwood, a health and fitness enthusiast, had the personal Swedish sauna installed at their £6 million Cheshire mansion and use it every night without fail.
Their leisure facilities are also said to include a plunge pool, steam rooms, treatment centre and yoga area.
In addition, there is a juice bar where wheatgrass shots and spirulina smoothies are on the menu.

Grealish was a key cog in City's treble-winning campaign last season, particularly in the final run-in.
And Pep Guardiola has been happy with his impressive return to form of late.
"We are really pleased [with him],” Guardiola said ahead of the win over Luton.

“We miss him. He has to continue until the end. In that level is the Jack we know him and his personality.
“The same [as everyone], he has to improve in some departments, finishing for example, but this is the Jack we know of last season that helped us again to do it
