Manchester City have released an official statement condemning the abuse which was aimed at Kyle Walker following their defeat to Juventus.
Man City suffered another damaging loss in the Champions League, losing 2-0 to the Italian side on Wednesday.
Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie scored for Juve to secure the Serie A club a vital win in their pursuit of a top eight spot, which would see them avoid having to go into the play-offs in the next round.

Juventus are now 14th in the league phase table after their victory, with Pep Guardiola's City languishing down in 22nd place.
The Premier League champions can no longer realistically finish in the top eight and are now at real risk of being eliminated entirely from the competition, with two games remaining in the current phase.
Man City captain Kyle Walker, who played the entire game, was subjected to vile racist in wake of their defeat in Italy.

The club have now released a statement condemning those responsible for the abuse.
"Manchester City strongly condemns the racist abuse that Kyle Walker was subject to online following last night’s fixture," read the statement.
"We refuse to tolerate discrimination of any kind, regardless of whether that be in stadiums or online.
"We will be offering Kyle our full support following the disgusting treatment he has received."

Walker took to social media to post an image of one abusive message, writing: "No one should ever be subject to the sort of vile, racist and threatening abuse I have received online since last night's match.
"@instagram and the authorities need to stop this happening for the sake of all who are suffering this abuse. It is never acceptable.
"To our fans, we will continue to work as a team to do better, to improve, and to turn the corner together."

The 34-year-old has played 14 games across all competitions this season as the Blues endure a slump which has seen them win just one game in their last 10 games.
Pep Guardiola's side resume their league campaign on Sunday when they host cross-town rivals Manchester United.
