Many Fantasy Premier League managers are considering a last-minute Erling Haaland change after noticing a worrying trend.
FPL managers across the world are preparing there teams for Gameweek 2, which kicks off at Saturday lunchtime with Manchester United's trip to Brighton & Hove Albion.
Unsurprisingly, Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is one of the most selected players in the game; 53.2 per cent of managers have him in their team.

The Premier League's top scorer in each of the last two season is the most expensive player in FPL history (£15 million), but he does bring a guarantee of goals.
Haaland made a solid start to his third season at City, scoring the opener as Pep Guardiola's side beat Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Haaland began his FPL campaign with 7 points, and now he has a home clash against newly-promoted Ipswich Town on Saturday.

Many managers are choosing to play their triple-captain in Gameweek 2 with the expectation that Haaland will have a fruitful afternoon, but one manager has noticed a worrying trend that might convince some to make a last-minute change.
Surprisingly, Haaland hasn't scored on the second match day in either of his two previous season's at City, failing to find the back of the net in a 4-0 win against Bournemouth in 2022 and a 1-0 win against Newcastle in 2023.
Both matches took place at the Etihad Stadium, as will Saturday's meeting with Ipswich.
After being alerted to that statistic, some fans have decided to save their triple captain and make Haaland a standard captain instead.

That said, many fans are sticking to their guns and are backing the City striker to score a hat-trick in his first home outing of the season.
Ipswich lost 0-2 to Liverpool last weekend in their first Premier League match since 2002.
