A Fantasy Premier League expert has outlined what players should do with Erling Haaland ahead of this weekend’s fixtures.
After the international break came to an end earlier in the week, domestic football will make its long-awaited return.
Ahead of this weekend’s match between Manchester City and Brentford, there are doubts over Haaland's involvement.
This is due to the passing of Haaland’s close friend, Ivar Eggja, who was also his father's best man at his wedding.

When asked about Haaland during the pre-match press conference, City manager Pep Guardiola said: “It was a tough moment for him (Erling Haaland) and his family, it was a sad, sad news.
“It’s a close person to him and his family, 59 years old. Our thoughts are, of course, with him and all his family.”
He added: “It’s sad, and we’ll see tomorrow if he’s able mentally and physically to play.”
With the FPL deadline coming up at 11am on Saturday, FPL Pat on TikTok has given his advice for this weekend.

He said: “Knowing the sort of character Haaland is from media, obviously I don’t know him personally. But I think he’s going to be wanting to put on a show and do something good for his friend.
“Obviously, at a time like this, football and FPL really mean absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. But from our perspective as FPL managers, this could have an impact on the game we play.”
He continued: “On the back of back-to-back hat-tricks and with Brentford at home, Haaland is obviously one of the most popular choices for captain.

“However, if this news has put you off a little bit, you could go for Mo Salah against Nottingham Forest at home. But I do really think if you are a Haaland captainer, you shouldn’t be put off by this, I think he’s going to be right up for it and wanting to put on a good show and tribute for his good friend.”
