Erling Haaland has signed the 'biggest contract in Premier League history' at Manchester City which will see him earn a record-breaking weekly wage, according to a new report.
The 24-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in world football, has penned a new 10-year at the reigning Premier League champions – a deal that keep him at the club until 2034.
After a debut campaign that featured 52 goals in all competitions – the biggest-ever tally by a Premier League player – Haaland followed that record in 2023/24 by netting 38 goals from 45 appearances.

And after starting this season strongly, claiming 16 goals in 21 league games so far, the Norwegian has been rewarded with an astronomical contract.
In fact, Haaland’s basic wage will see him become the first player in England to earn in excess of £500,000-a-week, according to TBR Football, who have provided more details about the record-breaking deal.
It is said with bonuses and image right contributions included, Haaland will 'get close' to Kylian Mbappe's eye-watering salary at Real Madrid which is understood to be around £750,000-a-week.

“I am really happy to have signed my new contract and to be able to look forward to spending even more time at this great club," he told City's official website.
