Erling Haaland has equalled a record set by Cristiano Ronaldo after scoring against Arsenal.
On Sunday afternoon, reigning Premier League champions Manchester City welcomed Arsenal to the Etihad Stadium for a mouth-watering clash of the titans.
Within 10 minutes, Pep Guardiola’s men raced to a 1-0 lead as Haaland finished expertly after being played through by Savinho.
On the back of his goal, the Norwegian goal machine has matched a record held by five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo.

As per Squawka, who wrote on social media: “Fewest games needed to reach 100 goals for a top five European side in the 21st century: 105 - Erling Haaland (Man City) - 105 - Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid). CR7’s record has been equalled.”
Reacting to the goal on Sky Sports, former England and Manchester United defender Gary Neville said: "That is complete and utter devastation in footballing terms!
"Brilliant from Savinho but as soon as you see Haaland point to that space, the acceleration from the two best centre backs in the country is unbelievable. The poke past Raya is dismissive."

City were then hit with a huge blow as key midfielder Rodri was forced off with an apparent knee injury.
Neville added: "He's struggling. Partey didn't do anything wrong at all, he was just matching the run."
Ex-Liverpool man Jamie Carragher said: "There's not much in the coming together but it could be the awkward fall."
With 22 minutes on the clock, Arsenal found their way back into the match thanks to summer signing Riccardo Calafiori, who unleased a wonderful strike on the edge of the penalty area that flew past City goalkeeper Ederson.

Neville reacted: "We didn't think we'd get this game but we're so glad we have! City are sleeping - but you can't take your eyes off this game!
"I can't take my eyes off the Arsenal fans in the far corner. It's absolute bedlam!"
