Virgil van Dijk immediately spotted Alexis Mac Allister's wallpaper in the first week of Liverpool training.
The former Brighton midfielder and fellow new boy Dominik Szoboszlai linked up with their new teammates for pre-season at the AXA Training Centre.
Liverpool showed all the highlights in a comprehensive 'Inside Training' video for their new signings' first day on their official YouTube channel.

And one of the very best bits was an interaction between Van Dijk and Mac Allister in the gym. The 24-year-old was working with the physio when the Netherlands defender came over and clocked his iPhone lock screen.
In an incredible flex, Mac Allister has a picture of him kissing the World Cup trophy he and his Argentina teammates won in Qatar after beating France on penalties.
The ex Boca Juniors man assisted Angel di Maria's goal in the final and had an extremely impressive tournament.

Lionel Scaloni's men beat the Netherlands on spot-kicks in a pulsating quarter-final, with Van Dijk seeing his penalty saved by Emiliano Martinez.
However, judging by his reaction in the above clip, the 32-year-old very much rated Mac Allister's decision to make the image of him with the iconic trophy his wallpaper - and something he will look at every single day.
Van Dijk picked up the phone, showed it to Mac Allister and smiled and nodded, with Liverpool's No.10 laughing.

Both new additions Mac Allister and Szoboszlai took part in Liverpool's annual pre-season lactate test, with the latter smashing the challenge as one of the top performers alongside Mo Salah.
While some of his teammates were struggling, Szoboszlai made it look easy and impressed all those around him.
Meanwhile Mac Allister admitted to cheating by sabotaging Diogo Jota during the test.

"My first highlight was when I tried to make a foul on Diogo [Jota] when we were doing the test, the lactate test," he said to the camera.
"It's nice, it's nice to be here with my team-mates. Of course a tough day, but nice to start pre-season like this."
