Unseen footage of Trent Alexander-Arnold's reaction towards the Liverpool crowd has emerged after he was substituted against Brentford.
The Liverpool right-back was taken off on 72 minutes during his side's 2-0 win, and was replaced by Conor Bradley.
Alexander-Arnold looked less than happy when sat on the bench afterwards, and manager Arne Slot took the unprecedented step of walking over to the bench to explain his decision.

It shows Alexander-Arnold applauding the Liverpool fans for their support at full-time at Anfield.
He subsequently posted to Instagram, simply writing: First win at home. Fans were incredible as always."
Speaking after the full-time whistle, Slot explained the real reason why he decided to take Alexander-Arnold off with 20 minutes to play.

The Dutchman said he understood why the right-back wasn't pleased at being withdrawn from the action, adding: "Every player wants to play 90 minutes. But I don't think the players that were on the bench from the start were really happy with the choice I made.
"But Trent came back from the national team where in the beginning of the tournament he played quite a lot, then he didn't.
"He had a few weeks off, came back, this is only his third game. We have to take care of him, because we need him for the whole season and not just the first two games.
"But what it is good for me is that I have a very good backup as well with Conor. So we are taking care of Trent. But he played a good game."
