Steven Gerrard is set to raid Liverpool to take one of Jurgen Klopp’s favourites to Al Ettifaq.
Last summer, Reds legend Gerrard was appointed the manager of Saudi Professional League side Al Ettifaq.
After moving to the club, Gerrard signed former Liverpool midfielders Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum during the summer transfer window.
Ahead of this summer, it looks like Gerrard is raiding his former club again.

Achterberg joins the likes of Klopp, Pep Lijnders, Peter Kravitz in leaving Anfield this summer.
Speaking ahead of Liverpool’s final Premier League match against Wolverhampton Wanderers, Klopp confirmed that Achterberg will join Al Ettifaq.
He said: “He joins Stevie (in Saudi Arabia). Good luck with that! Jack Robinson is leaving as well.”

Klopp also confirmed that his head of fitness and conditioning, Andreas Kornmayer will also depart. He added: “Andreas Kornmayer will leave too. The future is bright for all of them.”
Over the years, the responsibility of Achterberg has grown at the club and he became one of Klopp’s favourite members of the team.
Speaking about Achterberg back in 2015, Klopp said: “I'm fine with our goalies and I really trust in John Achterberg because he does a brilliant job here.

“He's one of the hardest-working people I've ever met, he works as a coach 25 hours a day.”
He continued: “It's good to work together with these guys and everything is ok. There is no player in the world who doesn't have faults, that's because of the game and a lot of situations in the game but you need the right skills and the readiness for getting better and that's what we have at the moment.”
