Speaking after the match, Klopp was asked whether any players from the Sparta Prague team impressed him and could be signed.
The German brilliantly responded: “I retire in the summer. You want me to take him on holiday?”
After nearly nine years at the club, Klopp announced his decision to leave Liverpool at the end of the 23/24 season back in January.

He said: “I love absolutely everything about this club, I love everything about the city, I love everything about our supporters, I love the team, I love the staff. I love everything. But that I still take this decision shows you that I am convinced it is the one I have to take.
“It is that I am, how can I say it, running out of energy. I have no problem now, obviously, I knew it already for longer that I will have to announce it at one point, but I am absolutely fine now. I know that I cannot do the job again and again and again and again.”
Despite a comfortable night in Prague, Liverpool fans were left worried after seeing two potential injury scares ahead of their clash against Manchester City this weekend.

Joe Gomez was taken off at half-time before Ibrahima Konate limped off in the 50th minute.
Speaking about the defensive pair, Klopp said: “Ibou said to me 'if I do another sprint, it could be set'. Should be fine but we don't know, Joe Gomez is fine, played a lot, rotation. So let's see with Ibou.”
