There has been a new top score recorded in Arne Slot's brutal pre-season drill at Liverpool.
Slot has been putting the squad through their paces at the AXA training centre after signing a three-year deal to replace Jurgen Klopp.
To begin with, a good bulk of their work is fitness related as he looks to bring the players up to speed.

Typically, Klopp would demand his players participate in a Lactate Test, an aerobic test which measures the lactic acid level of players at increasing distances.
At the end of each checkpoint, a sample of blood would be taken from each player's ear to evaluate their lactic acid level. Players with levels too high would be eliminated.
The drill, which Andy Robertson admitted to throwing up from, was nixed in favour of a 6-Minute Race Test (6MRT).

The test is similarly brutal, with players required to do a continuous six minute run around a 400m track in order to obtain their maximum aerobic speed.
Young defender Sepp van den Berg, who spent last season on loan at Mainz and looks set to get a chance under Slot, led the way upon the first days at training.
However, the Dutchman has since been knocked off his perch.
According to James Pearce from The Athletic, Mo Salah is the new king of the running tests.

He was the top dog for the Lactate Test last year following on from James Milner's departure and the Egyptian is against setting new standards.
He did the test with Wataru Endo upon his return to training and his performance was hailed as "phenomenal" by fitness coach Conall Murtagh.
Salah's exact score hasn't been disclosed but STAT Sports say covering somewhere between 1.5km and 2km covered in distance is seen as a good showing.

The former Chelsea star is now 32 but is still going strong and in sensational shape.
