Fans are convinced Jurgen Klopp took aim at Erik ten Hag for his treatment of Jadon Sancho during his farewell event in Liverpool on Tuesday.
Klopp was the star of the show at the M&S Bank Arena as fans gathered to pay tribute for his nine years of service at Anfield.
The German's final season didn't live up to its mid-season expectations, but winning a Carabao Cup in the fashion he did is certainly a respectable send-off.

During the event, Klopp spoke about his time at the club in great detail and fans are convinced he poked a jab at United boss Ten Hag.
The 56-year-old explained how important the dynamic between players and manager is for the team to be successful.
“If the whole world loses trust and faith in the player then the manager has to be the one behind the player," Klopp said.

“I cannot just buy into that ‘he’s useless’ stuff like other clubs did by the way. Buying a player for £80m and then sending him out on loan!”
This all sounds extremely similar to the situation between Ten Hag and Sancho last season, with the English winger being completely banished from the first team and eventually loaned out in January.
While Sancho is probably quite happy with the whole situation considering he will be lining up for the Champions League final this weekend, the treatment of the player was frowned on by many at the time.

The drama was caused after Ten Hag publically slammed Sancho for his efforts when questioned on his absence from the United squad at the Emirates.
Following the incident Sancho defended himself on social media and subsequently was banished after refusing to apologise.
Ten Hag has made a slight habit of falling out with players, with his bust up with Cristiano Ronaldo well documented.
Klopp on the other hand is known for having extremely positive relationships with all of his players, so it is not a surprise to see Klopp speaking so negatively on the topic.
