Jamie Carragher clashed with a journalist over Arsenal’s celebrations on the back of their win against Liverpool.
On Sunday afternoon, Jurgen Klopp’s men arrived at the Emirates Stadium looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to eight points with a win against Arsenal.
However, Liverpool produced a dismal display and two rare errors from both Virgil van Dijk and Alisson Becker gifted Mikel Arteta's side two vital goals.

In the end, the Gunners recorded a huge 3-1 victory to take themselves within two points of Liverpool.
After the final whistle, Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard was seen sharing a celebratory moment with the club’s photographer, which did not go down well with Carragher.
The former Liverpool man said on Sky Sports: “Deary me. Just get down the tunnel, you've won a game, it's three points. You've been brilliant, they're back in the title race, get down the tunnel. I'm serious, honestly.”

Carragher then took to social media and posted a video of the incident, with a caption that read: “By all means enjoy it, but enjoy it by being disciplined! #ARSLIV.”
Journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft replied: “Come on
@Carra23. Let Martin show his passion! Also on the pitch. Let him have this moment with his mates at @Arsenal like @Stuart_PhotoAFC.
“Nothing to do with being disciplined or not. Football could do with more people express their love for the game. I know you deep inside agree with me, mate.”

Carragher then snapped back with: “Jan it’s a joke about a Neil Warnock quote, FFS! I like the way you’ve tagged them all in including the cameraman so you get the retweets & likes you want.
“I thought the camera stuff was a bit OTT, a bit like your claim that Mo Salah would leave Liverpool!”
The Mohamed Salah claim Carragher referenced came when Fjortoft reported that the Egyptian would leave Liverpool for Saudi Professional League side Al Ittihad during the summer transfer window.

Although the Saudi Arabian club did bid for Salah, their offers were quickly rebuffed by the Anfield club.
