A 'source' at Paris Saint-Germain has hit back at Kylian Mbappe following controversial comments made by the forward after his move to Real Madrid was confirmed.
Mbappe, 25, will join La Liga giants Real Madrid on a free transfer when his contract with Ligue 1 champions PSG expires at the end of the month.
Madrid, who secured their 15th Champions League against Borussia Dortmund last weekend, had been tracking the forward since 2017 and pushed for the signing back in 2022.

Mbappe went on to sign a contract extension at the club, meaning Carlo Ancelotti had to wait until this summer to secure the star striker.
Speaking after it was confirmed he would be joining Madrid, Mbappe opened up on the latter stages of his PSG career. "It's a great relief, I'm very happy, and I think it shows on my face.
"I played a lot less at the end of the season and everyone knows why. That's the way it is, you have to adapt when you are an elite player.

"They made me understand, they told me to my face, they spoke to me violently, they told me.
"Luis Enrique and Luis Campos saved me. Without them I would not have stepped onto the pitch again.
"That is the truth, and that is why I have always been so grateful to the coach and the sports director."
Mbappe was referring to earlier in the season, when the forward was frozen out from the first team squad after refusing to sign a new deal at the Parc des Princes.

A source close to PSG has since responded to the claims made by Mbappe regarding his former club.
They condemned his words as "lamentable" and said the club's top scorer had "no class".
"Nasser Al Khelaifi has never dictated the slightest decision to the team," the source told AS (via Football Espana).

"Luis Enrique even said it, but despite everything, Mbappe says something and everyone publishes it as if it were true."
The relationship between Mbappe and the club is now seemingly broken beyond repair, with French outlet L'Equipe also reporting that PSG have not paid him for the April, May and possibly June prior to the expiration of his deal - withholding as much as £70m in wages from the France international.
The dispute could now be settled between the two parties at the LFP Legal Commission.
