
A picture of the England U15 teamsheet from 2017 has re-emerged, and the bench was absolutely stacked.
Over the years, England have produced some of the world's best players.
The likes of Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, Frank Lampard and Paul Scholes were key players during what was labelled as the 'Golden Generation'.

However, despite the big names, they never reached their full potential as they often disappointed at big tournaments.
In recent years, England's fortunes have improved, having made the final of the Euro 2020 and Euro 2024, but the last hurdle remains too difficult.
Currently, the England team includes the likes of Bukayo Saka, Phil Foden, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Declan Rice, who are some of the best talents in European football.

Many of the current Three Lions stars have had to play their way through the country's youth system.
Back in 2017, England U15s took on Belgium U15s at St George's Park, and the picture of the teamsheet has resurfaced.
The starting lineup included Chelsea duo Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke.
In addition, a few players who have since switched international allegiance were also representing the Three Lions that night.

United States and AC Milan midfielder Yunus Musah captained the side, while midfielder Lewis Fiorini and striker Armstrong Okoflex now represent Scotland and the Republic of Ireland, respectively.

There were some big names on the bench too, Real Madrid midfielder and Ballon d'Or Kopa Trophy winner Jude Bellingham was named among the substitutes.
Bellingham was joined by Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala, who has since switched his allegiance to Germany.
Furthermore, Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers was also named on the bench.
On the other side, Jeremy Doku, who now plays for reigning Premier League champions Manchester City, was named in Belgium's starting XI.

In the end, Kevin Betsy's England were beaten 4-3 by Belgium in what was a dramatic affair.
Currently, England are being led by former Chelsea, Paris Saint Germain and Bayern manager Thomas Tuchel, who won his first two matches last month.
