David Beckham has a 'secret' meal which he only eats when wife Victoria is not at home and he is by himself.
Fans got a glimpse into how Beckham is a person and what he likes to do at home in his Netflix documentary, with the Manchester United and England icon clearly having a passion for cooking.
The Inter Miami co-owner and president is pals with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and enjoys cooking up an "amazing meal" from time to time - but specifically when Spice Girls star is not at home.
In an appearance on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, Beckham recalled a time when he cooked a T-bone and Wagyu steak "to perfection" and washed it down with a glass of red wine before sitting down to watch the football.

"Everyone was out of the house and I secretly loved it. I had two [of the] most amazing cuts of meat: a T-bone and I had some English wagyu,” the 49-year-old.
“I poured one glass of the most amazing red wine that I treated myself to because I was on my own looking forward to watching the football in the afternoon.
“I had a nice tomato and shallot salad and the meat and a glass of wine and it was the most amazing meal that I had for a long time.”
He continued: “Those are my most amazing afternoons and evenings. The Wagyu was quite thick and I don’t like to brag but it was cooked to perfection. I put it on the grill and cooked it for six or seven minutes either side, [a] bit of salt and a bit of pepper.

“I like my meat rare, medium at a push, but more rare -- and it came out perfect. And it was only me in the house, so I ate it all.”

Beckham reveals wife Victoria's very different eating habits
In the podcast, Beckham opened up about his wife's eating habits and how she was very much in a routine for the entirety of their marriage. According to the ex England captain, Victoria would always have grilled fish and steamed vegetables and he can only remember one instance where she had something off his plate.

"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years," he explained.
"Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.
"The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.
"It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."
