A player who cost Chelsea £13 million has reportedly agreed terms to leave the club despite having never played for them.
Chelsea are having yet another busy transfer window, having signed nine players this summer and Joao Felix looking likely to become the tenth.
The Premier League giants have spent £1.5 billion on transfers since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital completed their takeover of the club in 2022.

However, signing so many players has give the club a bloated first-team squad, something manager Enzo Maresca admitted when explaining his decision to leave Raheem Sterling out of the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday.
While Chelsea have offloaded 10 players this summer, they still have over 40 first-team squad members. Last week, Maresca revealed that 15 players are not currently training with the first team.
Chelsea are attempting to shed weight before the window closes on August 30, and that could mean the departure of a player who hasn't played a single minute for the club.

According to journalist Ertan Suzgun, 19-year-old Angelo Gabriel has agreed personal terms with Turkish giants Besiktas.
Chelsea signed the Brazilian winger from Santos last summer in a deal worth £13m, with the teenager penning a six-year-contract valid until 2029.
He was immediately sent on loan to French side Strasbourg, also owned by BlueCo, the consortium which purchased Chelsea in 2022.
During his one season in France, Angelo provided four assists in 25 appearances.

While the players has reportedly agreed to the move, Chelsea are yet to reach a deal with Besiktas.
Chelsea are keen to move players on who are unlikely to feature under Maresca this season, so negotiations will continue.
Angelo was part of the Chelsea squad that travelled to the United States for pre-season matches against Wrexham, Celtic, Club America, Man City and Real Madrid.
