Chelsea owner Todd Boehly burst into the dressing room and called out one player after a poor run of form last season.
The Blues have remained inconsistent since the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino last year and find themselves tenth in the Premier League table after 24 games.
Last season under the reign of interim manager Frank Lampard, billionaire owner Todd Boehly reached boiling point after a 2-1 defeat to Brighton extended the club's winless run to six games.

A report in TalkSport has claimed that the American burst into the dressing room at Stamford Bridge and labelled the team's form 'embarrassing'.
One player who was singled out from the rest by Boehly was winger Raheem Sterling. He told the 29-year-old that he was a world-class player, but that he needed to perform better and show greater leadership.
A lot of players would have reacted badly to the comments but according to the report Sterling was galvanised by the speech.

Since purchasing Chelsea as the leader of a consortium in 2022, Boehly has overseen a spending spree of over £1 billion which is yet to deliver success on the pitch.
He made the controversial decision to sack Champions League-winning coach Thomas Tuchel and replace him with Graham Potter before sacking him after just seven months.
Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Pochettino has since arrived as the permanent replacement and despite inconsistency, things are looking a lot brighter.

He has guided Chelsea to their first cup final in the Boehly era which takes place next weekend against Liverpool for the Carabao Cup.
A lot of the players that have arrived are young so have a lot of time to grow and if there's any manager who is capable of nurturing young talent then it is Pochettino.
There's a lot of optimism despite their recent struggles, but they'll have to get it right sooner rather than later or Boehly may be tempted to change things again.
