Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly entered talks to leave Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Back in December 2023, it was confirmed that Ancelotti had signed a new contract which would keep him at the Bernabeu until the summer of 2026.
However, the Italian has previously been linked with a move away from the Spanish capital.

On Wednesday afternoon, it was claimed that the 65-year-old has entered talks to leave Madrid.
As reported by Globo, Ancelotti has re-entered talks to leave Madrid to take up the role as manager of the Brazilian national team.
On social media, they wrote: "The CBF (Brazilian FA) has already resumed contacts with the aim of having Carlo Ancelotti in charge of the National Team at the 2026 World Cup.

"The Real coach was receptive to the contact, but warned that any progress would be conditional on waiting until the end of the Club World Cup."
Spanish news outlet Relevo also confirmed the news first reported by Globo and stated that the move will not arrive before this summer's Club World Cup.
Back in January 2024, Ancelotti admitted he held talks with Brazil.
He said: "The reality is what everyone knows. I had contact with the [now former] president of the Brazilian federation, Ednaldo Rodrigues. I want to thank him for his affection and interest, it made me very proud, but what's clear to everyone is it depends on my situation at Real Madrid. I'm grateful for the interest but in the end, it turned out how I wanted: staying here."

Further expanding on his future, the Madrid boss said: "I want to be very clear: I will never decide the date of my departure from this club in my life. I know perfectly well that it will come one day, but I will not decide that day."
Meanwhile, Brazil legend Ronaldo Nazario told Charla Podcast (MARCA): "It was not a fantasy because I helped in the process by talking to Carlo, but he was not released. Real Madrid did not release him.
"After negotiating everything got stuck because he didn’t have Real Madrid’s release. If he hadn’t won anything, Real Madrid would have fired him and Ancelotti would have come, but he won the Champions League and stayed for another year."
