Burnley's celebrations for securing promotion to the Premier League descended into chaos and players clashed while fans invaded the Turf Moor pitch.
In a highly dramatic day of football in the Championship, both Leeds United and Burnley secured promotion to the Premier League with season defining wins on Easter Monday.
Leeds produced a 6-0 win over Stoke City at Elland Road to boost their chances of promotion, before it was later confirmed as Burnley's 2-1 win over Sheffield United meant that the Blades could no longer catch their promotion-chasing rivals.

The news led to fans and players from both clubs immediately celebrating their huge achievement, but some Burnley players took things too far as they clashed at the Turf Moor as fans invaded the pitch.
With both Leeds and Burnley winning on Monday, they each reach a points tally of 94 for the season, two more than Sheffield United can reach even if they were to win their two remaining fixtures this season.
And it's clear that this fact wasn't lost on Burnley fans in attendance at Turf Moor as, once the full-time whistle confirming their promotion was blown, they immediately got onto the pitch.

But it wasn't all positive from the Burnley fans, as a clip that has gone viral online shows one fan approaching and goading Hamza Choudhury, a defensive midfielder currently on loan at Sheffield United from Leicester City.
Given the security risk posed by opposition players being on the pitch with fans, Choudhury and his teammates were quickly being escorted off the pitch when the fan approached him with his phone camera.
The Leicester City loanee appeared to be furious at the moment and, while Sky Sports cameras quickly panned away, a report from The Star claims that he later had to be 'dragged' down the tunnel by security.

With Leeds and Burnley both guaranteed to be in the Premier League next season having secured first and second in the Championship, all eyes will turn to third to sixth place in the league to see which teams secure a spot in the play-offs.
As it stands, those spots are occupied by Sheffield United, Sunderland, Bristol City and Coventry.
