Robert Lewandowski appeared to ignore Barcelona teammate Lamine Yamal during their clash against Deportivo Alaves.
On Sunday afternoon, Xavi’s Barcelona were looking to keep pace with the likes of Real Madrid and Girona in La Liga with a win against Alaves.
Despite being close to the relegation zone, Alaves took the lead inside the first minute thanks to Samu Omorodion.

However, they failed to hold on as goals from Lewandowski in the 53rd and 78th minute sealed a vital 2-1 win for the Catalan club.
During the match, a tense moment was spotted after Polish international Lewandowski appeared to ignore 16-year-old Yamal.
The young Spanish talent went for a high five with Lewandowski but the striker did not respond.

According to a clip shared on Twitter by Spanish media outlet Movistar, via Forbes, Lewandowski was head shouting at the teenager: “Lamine! Segundo palo!”, which meant he wanted Yamal to pass to him at the far post.
Yamal has had a meteoric rise to stardom after being fast-tracked into the first-team fold at Barcelona.

In September, the teenager became Spain’s youngest-ever goalscorer after netting in a 7-1 win over Georgia.
Speaking after the match, Barcelona boss Xavi told Movistar: “We need to be conscious about our moment and be self-critical, we are not playing good football lately and need to improve mightily going forward.
“The international break has arrived in good time and will do good for us, so we can reflect and work hard to correct our mistakes. I'm optimistic and I think we have enough talent and grit to come back much better in two weeks.”
Heading into the latest international break, Barcelona are currently in third place in the La Liga table with 30 points, two points behind Madrid and four points behind leaders Girona.
