Porto manager Sergio Conceicao already accused two other Premier League bosses of insulting him before he made his Mikel Arteta claim.
On Tuesday Arsenal sneaked into the quarter-finals of the Champions League after beating Porto on penalties.
Mikel Arteta's side won the second leg of the last-16 tie 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium, bouncing back from a 1-0 defeat in the first leg.

With nothing to separate the two sides after extra-time, Arsenal scored all four of their spot-kicks while David Raya saved twice to secure a place in the last eight for the first time since 2010.
Emotions were understandably running high during the end-to-end encounter, but after the game Porto manager Conceicao accused Arteta of crossing the line.
The Portuguese coach claimed that Arteta insulted his family, an accusation the Arsenal boss refused to comment on.

"During the match he [Arteta] turned towards the bench, it must be a thing Spanish coaches do because it was the same with [Pep] Guardiola, and he insulted my family in Spanish," Conceicao said.
"At the end, I told him to be careful, the person he insulted is no longer with us, and I told him to worry about coaching his team because they have a lot of individual quality and he must do more and be better."
As Conceicao mentioned, he has accused Manchester City boss Guardiola of something similar in the past.
After Porto' Champions League group stage defeat to City in October 2020, he said: "He [Guardiola] spoke about our country [Portugal] using ugly words.

"Guardiola’s attitude was extremely unpleasant. The whole Manchester City dugout was because if anybody should have been complaining, it was the Porto bench, because we were extremely hard done by."
Later that season Conceicao made similar claims about then Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.
"I was insulted by this man [Tuchel] who is next door," he said after the bad-tempered second leg of the sides' quarter-final tie.

"I told the referee that the fourth referee heard the insults. My English is not perfect, there is no point in talking about it. "There was no exchange of words because I was focused on the game, I don’t know why he reacted.
"But I didn’t understand it very well. I heard some insults, but it’s gone … it’s not pretty and my irritation in the end had to do with it. I didn’t even speak to him."
