Arsenal are reportedly at war with the PGMOL after the recent VAR controversies.
On Saturday, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta branded the decision to award Newcastle United’s winning goal ‘embarrassing’ and ‘a disgrace’ during a furious rant.
Arsenal then released a statement supporting the comments made by their manager and stated that the PGMOL needs to address the standard of officiating.
Now, it has been reported that the club and the PGMOL are at war.

According to the Daily Mail, the refereeing authority was left unimpressed by Arsenal’s reaction, with one source describing it as ‘over the top’.
The report claimed that Arsenal are set to mention examples from previous seasons to further show their frustration.
It has been reported that Arsenal included the decision from their 1-1 draw against Brentford last season, where VAR failed to spot an offside leading up to Ivan Toney’s equaliser.
The Gunners also mentioned Gabriel Martinelli’s wrongly disallowed goal against Manchester United from their 3-1 defeat last September.

As well as those two decisions from last season, Arsenal mentioned the failure to show Mateo Kovacic a red card during last month’s 1-0 win over Manchester City.
On the Newcastle goal, Arteta blasted: “How the hell does this goal stand? It's absolutely incredible. I feel embarrassed. It's an absolute disgrace that this goal is allowed. An absolute disgrace. It is not a goal, for many reasons, for more than one at least.
“Embarrassing what happened - how this goal stands, in the Premier League - this league we say is the best in the world. I've been 20 years in this country and now I feel ashamed. It's a disgrace and there's too much at stake here. We are trying to do incredible things and be at the highest level each week. When we're not good enough I hold my hands up and take responsibility.”

He added: “The outcome is nowhere near the level this league needs to have and the way this league is getting competed in. It's not good enough. I feel sick to be part of this.”
