The future is in safe hands.

A compilation of 15-year-old Arsenal prodigy Chido Obi-Martin has resurfaced after he scored an incredible 10 goals against Liverpool.

On Saturday, Arsenal's under 16 team took apart Liverpool U16s 14-3, showing the Gunners' future generation is in safe hands.

Arsenal duo Andre Annous and Max Dowman also got on the scoresheet, but it was 15-year-old Ob-Martin who was responsible for most of the goals.

The Denmark U17 international scored an astonishing 10 goals for his side, sending shockwaves across the Premier League.

Taking to Instagram after the game, Obi-Martin posted a picture of the match ball alongside the caption: "4-3 W vs Liverpool. Scored 10."

Following his performance, a clip of the teenager has resurfaced on social media which shows him scoring a powerful long range effort before hitting the 'siuuu' in celebration.

Aside from the brilliant strike, Obi-Martin's size is particularly apparent, with the youngster seemingly towering over the rest of the players.

In good news for Arsenal supporters, the player has already secured a scholarship deal at Arsenal ahead of next season and recently made his debut for the club at U21 and U19 levels.

Obi-Martin scored also scored a hat-trick for the U18s against Southampton earlier this season and has been handed the opportunity to train with the first-team.

The youngster is also eligible to represent both England and Nigeria at international level, according to EuroFoot.

There has been plenty of discussion around whether Mikel Arteta needs to invest in a new striker in January, with Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus struggling to deliver consistently in an Arsenal shirt.

However, while Obi-Martin may be some way off from being the finished article, Arteta may feel as though he has the perfect solution within the academy.
