Erik ten Hag and Manchester United owner Avram Glazer shared a slightly awkward embrace after the Red Devils won the Carabao Cup on Sunday, and it didn't go unnoticed.
Erik ten Hag has only been in the Old Trafford hot seat for nine months, but already he has managed to end United's six-year-long trophy drought.
Goals from Casemiro and Marcus Rashford earned United a 2-0 win against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

Ten Hag is quickly earning hero status at Old Trafford, so after the final whistle everyone wanted a piece of him - including incumbent owner Avram Glazer.
After almost 20 years of ownership, the Glazer family put United up for sale in November. The news delighted United fans, the vast majority of whom have protested against the family's running of the club for many years.
The deadline for proposals to buy the club passed last week, with the two main bidders confirmed as Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Qatari royal Sheikh Jassim.

The Glazers have been infrequent attendees at United games in recent years, but Avram Glazer was at Wembley to see his club lift the trophy.
After the game, Sky Sports caught Glazer congratulating his manager - it was a little awkward as the owner didn't look sure whether to hug Ten Hag or just shake his hand.
One Twitter user replied to the video with, "awkward hug," while another said, "sick of seeing the Glazers! Glazers out!"
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Ten Hag promised that winning his first trophy as United boss is only the beginning.

"Yet again the right spirit, we have a very good spirit to fight and give everything," he said.
"It was not always the best football but it was effective. First you have to win the first one and that is what we did today. You can get inspiration from this and more confidence that we can do it.
"We are still at the start of restoring Manchester United to where they belong and that is to be winning trophies. This is the first one."
With the League Cup in the bag, United will turn their attention to an FA Cup fifth round meeting with West Ham and a Europa League round of 16 tie with Real Betis.

United currently sit eight points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal, so have an outside shot at the title too.
