Thomas Tuchel has two unusual rules which all of his England players will have to follow after being named in his first Three Lions squad.
Tuchel announced his first England selection on Friday morning for upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia later this month.
Among the major headlines include the return of Ajax's Jordan Henderson, who will turn 36 during the group stages of the 2026 World Cup.

There is no place in the squad for Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White, however, with Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite also missing out.
Arsenal's Myles Lewis-Skelly, Newcastle's Dan Burn and Aston Villa's Morgan Rogers will all hope to make their England debuts, while Marcus Rashford also returns to the squad for the first time in a year.

For the 26 players who were selected by Tuchel, two strict rules will have to be followed throughout their time in the England camp.

In 2021, shortly after his appointment as Chelsea manager, The Guardian reported that Tuchel had several rules that he wanted his players to adhere to.
He implemented a ban on players being referred to by their surnames at the training ground. Instead, he prefers first names to be used whenever possible.
The German also likes eye contact, and insists players look into each other's eyes when they greet each other. He also likes each player to say 'Good morning' when they arrive at the training ground or for matches.
"In addition, Football.London claim that Tuchel wanted each of the players to create a special bond with him for when the going gets tough.

He said as much during his first six months in charge at Stamford Bridge - and even in his squad announcement video on Friday.
Tuchel said: "I think we need to grow as a team quickly. We need to build a team quickly, and we need to show our fans that we are ready to play as a brotherhood, and as a group that loves to play with each other.
"I think when we can build this quickly, and we need to improve on that quickly, I think our fans will notice and this will give us an extra boost."

Tuchel has signed an 18-month contract to become England manager from January 1, which will take him to the 2026 World Cup.
The 51-year-old becomes the Three Lions' third foreign manager, after Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello.
