Lee Carsley has revealed he has a second job that allows him to continue working as England boss.
Carsley, 50, was installed as the Three Lions' interim manager following Gareth Southgate's summer departure after Euro 2024.
The ex-Everton man won both of his opening games in charge this month by the same 2-0 scoreline as England beat the Republic of Ireland and Finland to open their UEFA Nations League campaign.

Carsley is being heavily tipped to succeed Southgate on a longer-term basis as his stock has continued to rise, having earned his stripes as a manager during a successful spell with England's Under-21 side in the past.
But a little-known fact about the 50-year-old is that he is set to continue to work in a second job that he balances alongside his duties with England.
The former Coventry midfielder delivers one session a week at the Strachan Academy in Warwick, working with players aged between 16 and 21.

It is there that Carsley admits he can fine-tune his tactical nous as a coach and continue to push himself.
“I still find a way to coach which gives me the chance to practice what I'm going to do with any teams I'm working with," he told the media recently.
"I could potentially be practising for two months on what I'm going to try, rather than a day when you've got two games in an international window."

England recorded back-to-back victories during the latest round of internationals in the Nations League this month, with plenty of new faces handed their senior debuts by Carsley.
Angel Gomes, Morgan Gibbs-White and Noni Madueke all felt the taste of senior England action for the first time and the 50-year-old had nothing but praise for their abilities.
“Angel’s very technical, controls the game with his skill and technique," he explained.
"(He is) very determined, excellent attitude. Technically and tactically excellent.

"I think he’s a player that people are going to really be excited to see.
“Morgan is a very attacking player, full of energy and very exciting.
"He has an excellent work rate and is very difficult to play against.
“Noni has done really well for the U21s. He’s really improved his all round game, his goals and assists."
