Interim England boss Lee Carsley has made his feelings clear regarding Mason Greenwood ahead of taking charge of his first game.
Carsley has been put in temporary charge after replacing Gareth Southgate, who walked away from his position following this summer's Euro 2024.
The 50-year-old leads the Three Lions into a new era, with two Nations League fixtures scheduled for this month.

The first taking place later today as Carsley's side face Ireland in Dublin.
England then host Finland at Wembley Stadium next Tuesday.
He's already put his stamp on the squad, having selected four uncapped players, including Angel Gomes and Morgan Gibbs-White.

But there was no space for Greenwood, who has enjoyed a strong start at Marseille following his transfer from Manchester United.
He's scored five goals in three games since securing a permanent deal away from Man United.
Despite his goals in France, Carsley said he 'wasn't under consideration' for England.
He explained: "Mason wasn't a player we could consider, I'm aware of how he's doing, but he wasn't under consideration."

Greenwood spent last season on loan at Getafe, where he scored 10 goals across all competitions.
Man United agreed to sell him for £26.6 million earlier this summer.
The one-capped England player scored a brace on his Marseille debut as Robert De Zerbi believes goals will 'calm the controversies' amid backlash over his transfer to the French club.

"I am happy that he scored. It will calm the controversies that surrounded his arrival," he said.
"Mason Greenwood is a player different from the others, he has an extraordinary level."
The forward, who has represented England at youth level, won his one and only senior cap back in September 2020.
He made a substitute appearance in England's 1-0 win over Iceland.

After the match, he was withdrawn from the squad after breaking COVID-19 quarantine guidelines.
