Manchester United fans cannot contain their excitement after seeing England’s first goal against North Macedonia.
On Monday night, Gareth Southgate’s England side were in Euro 2024 qualification action against North Macedonia at Old Trafford.
After a cagey start to the match, the Three Lions started to create more chances as the half went on.
In the 29th minute, England finally went ahead after Harry Kane finished off a fine move to make it 1-0.

United fans were quick to point out the fact that Marcus Rashford and Luke Shaw both had a hand in Kane’s goal.
They were quick to react on social media.
One said: “Rashford, Shaw, Kane link-up at Old Trafford. Need that in a Manchester United shirt.”
Another tweeted: “Rashford to Shaw to Kane. Linking up at Old Trafford.”

A third fan added: “Rashford, Shaw and Kane, let’s recreate this but in Manchester United jerseys!”
Someone else wrote: “Rashford & Shaw combine for Kane to score in front of the Stretford End. Has a ring to it.”
Whilst a fifth commented: “Seeing Rashford, Shaw and Kane link up to score at Old Trafford. I need this in the Premier League man.”
Ahead of the summer transfer window, Tottenham Hotspur star man Kane has been heavily linked with a move away from North London.

United are one of the teams reportedly interested in the England captain but it is believed that Spurs are adamant to keep hold of their striker.
Towards the back end of the 22/23 season, Kane was asked about his future, he said: “That’s part and parcel of being a footballer – especially when you’re at the top of your game.
“I’ve just been focusing on this season and trying to help the team as much as possible.
“To score a couple today was nice, to finish that way, but all in all I’m just looking forward to a nice break and then a couple of games with England.”
