Dele Alli put his finger to his lips and 'shushed' the Besiktas fans after scoring just his second goal for the Turkish club – in a Man Of The Match performance.
The former Tottenham Hotspur ace, a two-time winner of the PFA Young Player of the Year award during his Premier League days, has lost his way of late.
He failed to make the cut at Everton last season and then found himself in the Turkish Super Lig, and had even struggled to break into the Besiktas team in recent weeks.
He was recently booed by fans of the Istanbul-based club, but after being recalled to the starting lineup by manager Senol Gunes, Dele answered his critics in every sense.
A sensational compilation video shows Dele rolling back the years, pulling the strings from the No.10 position in Bestikas' 3-0 win over Alanyaspor on Friday night.

The 26-year-old put the icing on the cake by scoring his side's third goal just before the hour mark, prodding home from a tight angle before setting off on his celebration.
He sat cross-legged alongside teammate Welinton in front of the Besiktas fans and put his fingers in his ears.
At full-time, after being substituted in the 86th minute, he then put his finger to his lips and made a 'shushing' gesture to the same set of supporters. The message couldn't have been clearer.

It represents a step in the right direction for Dele, who had been chastised by his manager for his performances, having scored just once in nine previous appearances.
"I couldn't affect the players [yet], now I can easily get through to them, but we haven't got through to Dele Alli yet," Gunes said shortly after his appointment as manager in October, replacing Valerian Ismael.
"Let's not discuss Dele Alli as a player, but he is below expectations in terms of efficiency."
Dele is on loan at Besiktas from Everton. His last England cap came in 2019.
