David de Gea has hit back at critics, with rumours increasing that Manchester United could sign someone to replace him this summer.
It's been a strange season for De Gea, who was once again one of United's few stars in their previous campaign, starting with disaster against Brentford.
During that loss, which left the side bottom after two games, many questioned if his lack of passing ability would match up to the style that Erik ten Hag wanted to play.

With United's recent resurgence, that talk has rather died down, with the goalkeeper making a huge save against Crystal Palace in midweek.
There has still been some moments of concern, especially after his mistake against Everton in the FA Cup, letting the ball through his legs at his near post.
His contract expires in the summer, with talk that United are willing to sign him to a new deal, as long as he's willing to reduce his huge wages.

As well as that, there's been several links to different keepers coming to Old Trafford in the summer, with Brentford's David Raya the latest.
However, De Gea has hit back at any critics, and sent a message to anyone wanting to replace him as United number one, saying his achievements speak for themselves.
"I don’t have to show anything, I show already for many years my qualities," the 32-year-old said.
"I know people love to talk, but I’m used to that, I’m just performing as well as I can, helping the team and trying my best all the time.

"I’m feeling great, I’m feeling really well. I’m helping the team, training well, feeling confident. Like the whole team, we’re playing well.
"It [the save against Palace] was a great save to be honest, as soon as I saw the ball coming I doubted if I could make the save, but I touched the ball a bit. It was a great save, especially as we score soon after, so I’m good, I’m feeling really good, let’s keep going.
"I live a lot of things, I get through many, many difficult moments. I don’t care to be honest, I just focus on my games, on my training and on my team."

De Gea lost his spot in the Spain squad under Luis Enrique, due mainly to the manager's desire to play out from the back, with Raya in the squad.
The United number one didn't go to the World Cup, and some who impressed at the tournament have also been linked with replacing him.
Penalty hero Dominik Livakovic, who helped Croatia reach the semi-finals, is one name who could take the gloves from De Gea, whose own record against spot kicks is particularly poor.

On Sunday, United's number one will be concentrating on Arsenal, and hoping that he doesn't have to repeat his heroics of five years ago, when he made 14 saves in one game against the Gunners.
Then again, if he does that then there's no way anyone is taking the gloves off him.
