David Beckham’s deal to appear in the popular video game, FIFA, was reportedly worth more than some of the contracts during his playing career.
Throughout a career that spanned over 20 years, Beckham played for some of the biggest teams in world football.
The former England captain spent time with the likes of Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint Germain.

However, despite playing at the highest level in his career, it was reported that he earned more from his deal with FIFA 21 than he did during his playing days.
Beckham was on a reported weekly wage of £100,000 during his time with the Old Trafford club. Whilst he is believed to have signed a five-year deal worth £25 million when he made the move to Los Angeles.
According to The Mirror, Beckham was offered a £40 million three-year deal to appear as a special icon player on FIFA 21.
