Cristiano Ronaldo has discussed the moment he fell in with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez for the first time.
Ronaldo met Rodriguez while she was working in a Gucci store as a sales assistant and they started dating in 2016.
The couple have four children together and Rodriguez is also stepmother to Ronaldo's son, Cristiano Jr.
In an upcoming Netflix documentary, Ronaldo said: "From that moment [when they passed each other outside the clothing company where she worked] it stuck in my head and it was a 'click' moment."
Rodriguez announced last year that the couple are set to welcome twins in 2022 and increase their brood to six.
She explained: "The day I met Cristiano I go to work. I arrive at Gucci and, when I'm leaving the store, I see a very handsome man appear.
"I stopped and started to feel like tickles in the stomach and I said, 'But hey, what's wrong with me?'"
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is back at Manchester United this season and it's been an underwhelming campaign for the Red Devils.
Ronaldo has 14 goals this season but United are seventh in the Premier League and have already sacked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
They've hired Ralf Rangnick as interim manager and he made the decision to substitute Ronaldo in Wednesday's 3-1 win over Brentford.
Ronaldo came off for Harry Maguire and could be seen throwing a tantrum off the pitch - throwing his jacket to the ground.
Rangnick sat down with the 36-year-old and explained why he made the change.
“He said, 'Why me, why did you take me off?' I said I had to take the decision for the team, for the club,” he told The Athletic.
“Maybe in a few years when he is a coach he will understand.”
United return to action on Saturday afternoon against West Ham United, who sit fourth in the league.
The Red Devils are looking to get back into the top four and seal a place in next season's Champions League.
Many expected them to challenge for the title after finishing second last season.
Ronaldo arrived in the summer alongside Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, but they've failed to kick on.
