Cristiano Ronaldo reminded everyone that he is still one of the top players in world football after his man-of-the-match performance against Paris Saint Germain on Thursday evening.
Ronaldo finally made his first appearance since signing for Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr earlier in the month as he was part of the Riyadh XI that took on PSG in a friendly match.
It was the 37th, and probably the last time that Ronaldo and Lionel Messi battled against one another on the same pitch.
The match was filled with goals and drama as PSG eventually came out 5-4 winners, both Messi and Ronaldo were on the scoresheet but the Portuguese stole the show with a stunning performance.

Best Moment:
Ronaldo scored from the penalty spot before tucking home a rebound just before half-time.
But his best moment came before his goals when he produced a piece of outrageous skill to put the ball through the legs of PSG midfielder Carlos Soler.
It was a vintage piece of Ronaldo magic that delighted the whole crowd.

A near-perfect score for a near-perfect performance. There were no signs of rustiness from the 37-year-old.
The man who lives for the big moments delivered a stellar performance to wow his new fans in the Middle East.
A hat trick would have given him a 10 but it was not meant to be just yet.

It has to be said that Ronaldo is yet to play for Al Nassr officially but if that performance was anything to go by, then we can expect the five-time Ballon d’Or winner to be finding the back of the net quite often.
Ronaldo doesn’t have anything to prove, but that was a clear reminder that he has still got it. A wonderful debut from the great man.
