Cristiano Ronaldo has been branded a 'hypocrite' by Manchester United fans following a recent tweet.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner sat down with Piers Morgan for an extraordinary interview, set to air in full on Wednesday and Thursday.
Excerpts from the interview have been released online, with one, in particular, seeing Ronaldo take aim at United's controversial owners, the Glazer family.

Ronaldo claimed they don't care about the club's sporting success, instead focusing on the financial side.
He said: "The owners of the club, listen, they don't care about the club. As you know, Manchester [United] is a marketing club. They will get money from marketing. The sport, they don't really care in my opinion."
Ronaldo added he hadn't spoken to the Glazers since returning to the club in 2021, before stating: "The fans, they’re always right. I think the fans should know the truth, should know that the players, we want the best for the club.

"I want the best for the club. This is why I come to Manchester United. This is why I love this club. But you have some things inside the club which don't help Manchester reach the top level as City, Liverpool and even now Arsenal, for example.
"Which is complicated, it's difficult. It's hard in my opinion, it will be hard for Manchester [United] to be at the top of the game in the next two, three years."
Just a day after those comments, Ronaldo has confirmed the launch of his own NFT collection in collaboration with Binance.
The CR7 NFT Collection officially drops on Friday as part of a 'groundbreaking multi-year partnership' between Binance and Ronaldo.

One person said: "I take back everything I said agreeing with him just sell him now."
Another put: "Sneaky timing for that interview. Anyone else think he's a hypocrite for this?"
A third tweeted: "As if he's done this after his comments about the Glazers."

United are waiting for 'all the facts' before taking action against Ronaldo. Manager Erik ten Hag is said to be furious with Ronaldo's comments.
