Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly identified four summer signings for Chelsea when he takes the reins at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are widely expected to appoint the Argentine as a permanent replacement following the dismissal of Graham Potter, having earmarked him as their first-choice candidate.
Pochettino is slated to take over from interim boss Frank Lampard at the end of season and will bring long-time assistant Jese Perez in on his coaching team.
But according to the Daily Mail the former Spurs boss has already been planning for next season and communicating regularly with sporting directors Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley.

A slew of outgoings are anticipated as part of a huge summer overhaul at Stamford Bridge following a monumental flurry of expensive additions since Todd Boehly purchased the club.
But Pochettino, who is in extensive and detailed discussions, wants to put his stamp on the team and is prioritising a striker, midfielder and a goalkeeper.
Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez is a top target and could well reunite with his current strike partner Romelu Lukaku, who will return to Chelsea in the summer following his loan spell and hold talks over his future.

Martinez has found the net 24 times for the Champions League semi-finalists this season and is on Chelsea's list.

They are also keen on another Serie A marksman in Victor Osimhen, who fired Napoli to a first Scudetto in 33 years, but a deal for the Nigerian could be more difficult.
Chelsea paid a British record £106.5 million fee for Enzo Fernandez in January but are interested in a further two Argentine World Cup winners as well as Inter's Martinez.

Alexis Mac Allister of Brighton looks set to be available in the summer and would strengthen the midfield area, with Aston Villa's Emiliano Martinez also a potential solution to their goalkeeping problems.
West Ham captain Declan Rice is also wanted by Chelsea and has been linked for a couple of years now.
The England international is also courted by Arsenal and David Moyes has admitted there is a "good chance" he moves on this summer.
