The Chelsea fans who travelled to Merseyside were in full voice as they chanted the name of their new centre-back.

But rival fans aren't convinced the chant makes sense.
Chelsea supporters sang: "Aaaaay Koulibaly.. ooh aah... I wanna knoow he's from Senegal..."
Koulibaly's rather underwhelming song got fans online talking.

One tweeted: "Makes absolutely zero sense hahahahaha."
A second wrote: "They've literally just chucked a couple of words together and put it into a chant."
A third added: "They kept this going for a good ten minutes solid too. Absolute 0/10 song."
