Chelsea are looking to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana this summer and could include a loan deal for defender Kalidou Koulibaly to see the transfer over the line.
According to Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, AC Milan shot-stopper Mike Maignan is the Blues' priority choice but should a deal for the Frenchman fail to materialise, the West London outfit are also strong admirers of Onana.
It is no secret that Chelsea are looking to sign a new goalkeeper before the start of the season after Edouard Mendy's catastrophic downturn in form has seen previously exhiled Kepa Arrizabalaga return to the fold.
The club has already confirmed that former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino will be taking over as manager at Stamford Bridge and the Argentine will want a significant say in which players come in after a woeful season last term.

In his first full season as owner of the Blues, Todd Boehly has forked out 100s of millions of pounds on transfers, only to see the club record its worst Premier League season ever, finishing 12th with just 44 points.
Another major overhaul is expected at Chelsea this summer and there is no doubt that a new goalkeeper will be signed with the intent that they will takeover as number one.
La Repubblica state that the West London side would be ready to pay €60million for Maignan, although Milan are keen to extend the 27-year-old's contract.
Should the Premier League side miss out on signing Maignan, they will cast their attention across the city to Onana. The Cameroonian joined Inter as recently as last summer on a free transfer from Ajax but has been sensational with the Nerazzuri reaching the Champions League final, winning the Italian Cup and finishing third in Serie A.
However, a deal could see out-of-favour Chelsea defender Koulibaly return to Italy on loan, having joined the Blues from Napoli last summer.

The 31-year-old's first season in England hasn't gone to plan, playing just nine minutes of Chelsea's final eight Premier League matches having struggled with a hamstring injury.
Having joined for £33million, the Senegalese centre-back has proven to be one of many underwhelming signings over the past year and looks as though he could well be sacrificed in order to push through a transfer in this summer.
