Brighton and Hove Albion star Adam Lallana is not too concerned about the imminent departure of Leandro Trossard.
It was reported this week that a deal in the region of £27 million to bring Trossard to Arsenal was close to being finalised.
Despite being a key player for the club after producing a string of stellar performances that yielded seven Premier League goals so far this season, Trossard fell out with manager Roberto De Zerbi and is now expected to be moved on.
However, Brighton midfielder Lallana is not too concerned about the prospect of losing the Belgian international and is adamant that the Seagulls can cope without him.

He said: “You only need to look at the last three games without him, I think it’s been 5-1, 4-1 and 3-0.
“So as I said to you earlier, players can leave Brighton but we’ve got enough without them.
“We had enough without [Yves] Bissouma, [Marc] Cucurella, Ben White, Dan Burn, when Neal [Maupay] moved on. So if Leo moves on we’ll cope. We’re coping already.”
Since joining from Genk back in 2019, Trossard has developed into one of the best players in the Premier League. In total, he made 122 appearances for the club, scoring 25 goals.
However, tensions began to rise between De Zerbi and Trossard last week after it emerged that the Belgian left a training session early.

Trossard’s representatives then accused the Brighton manager of humiliating the 28-year-old.
A statement read: “Last Monday, the manager [De Zerbi] humiliated Leandro in [the] group and indicated that he no longer wanted to see him.
“A manager who has not communicated directly with his player for four weeks is really incomprehensible.”
Brighton are up against Leicester City on Saturday and will be looking to build on their brilliant 3-0 win over Liverpool last weekend.
