"My head only thinks about my teams. And these days, also in the Seleccion [Spain national U19 team]."
Fresneda also appeared to drop a hint that he may be preparing for a future move abroad, by confirming that he is currently learning two additional languages - English and German.
However, he did not say that he was learning the languages for footballing reasons.
He explained: "I have always valued studies for the future, beyond football. I am a person who likes to learn languages.

"I follow them [Premier League, Bundesliga] a lot because my family are soccer fans. I watch almost all the football I can, it's something I've [watched] since I was little.
"But I'm already telling you that what I watch the most is Spanish football. After all, it is the one that I have to give the most importance to."
