Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth has claimed that Arsenal are still planning to seal a double midfield swoop in the summer, despite the signing of Jorginho on deadline day.
The Gunners have announced the transfer of the 31-year-old midfielder to the Emirates Stadium, with the player having been pictured in an Arsenal shirt earlier alongside his agent.
The picture shows him wearing Arsenal shorts with the number 20 on, which appears to confirm his shirt number at the Gunners.

Arsenal launched a move for Jorginho alongside their pursuit of Brighton's Moises Caicedo. They had two bids rejected for the 21-year-old, but he is now set to stay at the Amex Stadium beyond January.
The Italian will add further depth to Mikel Arteta's midfield for the second half of the Premier League season and the Gunners' title challenge, with Mohamed Elneny injured and Albert Sambi Lokonga set to join Crystal Palace on loan.
Sheth, meanwhile, has claimed that the move will not change the club's summer transfer plans.
Arsenal 'set to target double summer swoop'
Speaking live on Sky Sports, Sheth revealed that the Gunners will try to sign West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, as well as launching a fresh attempt to sign Caicedo from the Seagulls.

He explained: "I'm told that whatever Arsenal, or for that matter Chelsea, bid, Brighton were not going to sell Moises Caicedo in January.
"This will then fast-forward into the summer, if he doesn't sign a new contract, we're going to have another saga again. Caicedo, Rice, Arsenal in for both of those we think in the summer."
The Times reported earlier this month that Rice had been assigned as Arsenal's top target for the summer, with a fee of £80 million potentially enough to secure his signature.

However, Hammers boss David Moyes stated on Boxing Day that the club would put up a 'big fight' to keep their star midfielder. His contract expires in 2024, with the option of a further year.
Meanwhile, football.london claim that Rice remains the priority for the summer regardless of the outcome of their Caicedo pursuit in the summer - but it appears that the Gunners are willing to spend big in the upcoming window.
