Oleksandr Zinchenko was full of praise for William Saliba in his post match interview after the French defender capped a solid performance with a stunning goal.
Zinchenko moved to Arsenal from Manchester City this summer and is quickly becoming a fans’ favourite.
The versatile Ukrainian player has been impressive ever since his first game for the Gunners, and on Saturday evening’s match against Bournemouth, he stole the show.

As Saliba curled in a beautiful left footed strike to make it 3-0 to the Mikel Arteta’s side, Zinchenko was blown away by the French defender’s goal.
Zinchenko sank to his knees in disbelief of what he has just witnessed, and after the match, he was full of praise for Saliba.
He said: “Oh my God, this guy is incredible. He’s unbelievable. I wish him to keep going like that.

“Honestly, I’m not the guy who is going to judge him but it looks like he’s got unbelievable experience behind him and he’s incredible.”
Arsenal had a difficult end to last season as they saw their Champions League dream turn into a nightmare after a run of poor results against the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.
This season however, has been a different story. Arsenal moved to the summit of the Premier League after their convincing win at the Vitality stadium.

After three wins out of three, the Gunners are in fine form as they look to continue their perfect start to the campaign.
Goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale singled out the change in mentality within the Arsenal squad that now includes multiple league winners Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus.

“We want to own the ball and the pitch and we did that from minute one to 45. We lost that a bit in the second half but the third goal, I don’t know where he’s pulled that from.”
The England international added: “It’s crazy how our mentality has changed from the end of last season. We’re more ruthless. We saw how close we came last season.
“It took a few weeks to get over. It hurt more because it was the others down the road. Zinchenko and Jesus know how to win.”
