Arsenal have been blasted for charging fans more than £24 for a sandwich meal deal at the club’s home ground, the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners’ home ground is renowned for being one of the most expensive stadiums in world football, but many fans feel this is getting out of hand.
Supporters are being charged £17 for a steak sandwich, if they wanted to add chips on the side, it is an extra £4.50. The cheapest drink option is a bottle of water priced at £2.75. Altogether, the whole meal deal equates to a total of £24.25.

If fans wanted to have a beer with their meal, it would cost them £6.60, which would make their meal a total of £28.10.
Arsenal fans have been showing their discontent on social media over the prices at the Royal Oak eatery inside the ground.
One fan said: “Does it come with a match ticket and a programme?”
Another tweeted: “All right if it didn’t cost your left kidney.”

A third fan added: “You go to the football and buy a dirty burger. You don't expect restaurant quality or restaurant prices surely. It's getting out of hand. You should be fed for a fiver.”
Whilst another commented: “Probably gotta remortgage your house to buy it though.”
Many fans also branded the food prices as a ‘robbery’.

One fan fumed: “It’s robbery without the mask and gun.”
To add to the Arsenal faithful’s misery, if they had paid a big amount of money for food, they would have expected the players to do the business on the pitch. However, this wasn’t the case on Wednesday night as they let a 1-0 lead slip against Brighton in the Carabao Cup.
Eddie Nketiah’s goal in the 20th minute got Mikel Arteta’s side off to the perfect start. But goals from Danny Welbeck, Kaoru Mitoma and Tariq Lamptey completed the comeback and sealed a 3-1 victory.

Arteta made 10 changes for the match against the Seagulls, a decision that he defended during his post-match interview.
He said: “I would select the same players if I had the opportunity again. There was a big difference between efficiency in both areas and we paid a big price for it.
“It's a shame for the boys because they really tried and we should have scored two or three in the second half.”
The focus will now switch back to the Premier League as Arsenal will travel to the Molineux on Saturday to face struggling Wolves.
