Arsenal could sign Palmeiras midfielder Danilo in the January transfer window according to a report.
Danilo was linked to the Gunners last summer and was tipped to have been good cover for the likes of Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka.
It has been claimed that the Brazilian side would want around £21million for the defensive midfielder and negotiations could happen once the World Cup group stages are over.

Mikel Arteta's men currently sit top of the Premier League table by five points over champions Manchester City and could utilise the January transfer window to boost their title chances.
What has been said about Danilo's potential transfer?
According to Jorge Nicola, who broke the news the Gunners were interested in signing Gabriel Jesus, Arsenal intend to "place a bid" for Danilo as soon as the World Cup group stages are over.

Nicola said on his Youtube channel: "If Arsenal can repeat their €25million (£21million) offer for Danilo, Palmeiras should end up negotiating a sale for the player."
Back in April of this year, Danilo’s Palmeiras teammate, Dudu, said that he should one day join a Premier League club.
Dudu told ESPN: “He is a star, he has to play in the Premier League.
“I always tell him: ‘You have to play for Manchester United or Arsenal.’

“He has to stay calm, he is a kid who gives his all, but I tell him: ‘You are a player for Chelsea, those kind of teams.
“He scores, he gets in the area, he helps with marking. He’s a complete midfielder in Brazilian football.”
