He struggled on his debut against Osasuna last weekend, but responded in a big way at home to Elche.
Martial started the game and registered two assists in the second half as Julen Lopetegui's side ran out 2-0 winners.
At full-time, the forward was serenaded by Sevilla fans and applauded off the pitch.

Martial pressed Elche before laying the ball off to Papu Gomez, who went on a mazy run before opening the scoring.
Five minutes later, Martial put in a lovely cross for Rafa Mir to head home and secure all three points.
Sevilla have closed the gap on La Liga winners Real Madrid to three points but 'Los Blancos' have a game in hand.
Martial fell down the pecking order at United after the Red Devils signed Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo last summer.

He made just eight appearances in the Premier League and scored one goal.
A move abroad suited all parties and Martial is hoping to make France's squad for next winter's World Cup in Qatar.
Lopetegui praised Martial's performance but stressed it'll take a while before he's showing this kind of form consistently.

The Spaniard told AS per Infobiwenger: "He is a footballer, like Jesus [Corona], who is one of those players who has indisputable quality, but every player needs to adapt, the time and demand is great.
"It comes from not playing for his team. He can play in several positions. He has that ability, the most important thing is what we do in each game."
Martial was asked about his long-term future in Spain and revealed: "I have less salary, but I also know that paying my salary is an effort for the club.

"So we’ve both made an effort, but I know this effort will be good for both parties.
"At the moment, we are only here for four months.
"I have a contract with Manchester United (until 2024), but as I said before, in football, you never know."
